I always knew about Eisenstaedt’s “The Kiss” and his iconic portrait of Marilyn Monroe, but I had never seen his photos of these famous scientists until just now. They’re amazing.
Found them on John Kemeny’s blog after doing a simple google image search.
According to John, these portraits were going to accentuate the pages of a math book.
I would have definitly bought that book.
